4 Days Marrakech to Merzouga Details :

Day 1

Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades gorges

Your driver guide will pick you up at 08:00 am from your accommodation to start your 4 Days Marrakech to Merzouga driving across the Tizi-n-Tichka pass of the high Atlas Mountains. With far-reaching views across the berber villages and valleys, to the traditional adobe kasbahs.

Then we carry on to visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou and have lunch at the spot. After lunch we will drive to Ouarzazate with option to visit the Atlas Studios or Taourirt Kasbah, then to Dades gorges through Skoura oasis and rose valley. Night will be in a hotel with dinner and breakfast.

Day 2

Dades Gorge — Todra Gorge — Erfoud -Rissani — Merzouga — Erg Chebbi Dunes

Breakfast at the hotel, we drive from Dades gorge to Erg chebbi Sahara desert thru small Berber villages. We’ll pass through Todra Valley and Todra Gorges where we will have a small walk to admire the beauty of the place. Then to Tinjdad for lunch, drive to Jorf and Erfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Sahara.

Arrive to Merzouga where camels are waiting for you, the luggage will be loaded in an 4×4 car and transported to the camp or be stored at a hotel by the edge of the dunes. An hour camel ride to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the sand dunes and play on the magestic saharan sand. On your arrival to the camp, you will be greated with tea and sweet cookies. You will be shown to your tent, After dinner under the stars, fire will be lit and a berber ambiance takes over with drumming and dance.

Day 3

4×4 Offroading Tour – Nomads – Hidden Corners – Gnoua people

Early morning wake up to watch the sunrise, breakfast at the camp. Y’ll get transported to go offroading tour, stops at some desert Panoramic views, visit the Nomads in the Sahara desert, explore some hidden corners, visit the gnoua people. After lunch, you will get your room in a hotel with swimming pool to enjoy your afternoon. night here with dinner and breakfast

Day 4

Merzouga – Draa Valley – Ourzazat – Marrakech

An early morning wake to get your breakfast and drive to Ourzazat via the Southern route including Alnif, Tazarine and the Draa Valley, stops along the way. Lunch in Ourzazat, drive back to Marrakech via the High atlas mountains, stops at the Tizi Ntichka pass. Drop off at your accommodation in Marrakech. The end of your 4 Days Marrakech to Merzouga trip.
